Uses Add to aqueous phase of formulas at <104°F (<40°C). Use level: 1-4% depending on skin tolerance. Determine pH level after adding to cosmetic formulas. The lowest pH in a cosmetic product allowed in the US is 3.5. A low pH can irritate the skin. For external use only.
