Hyaluronic acid, an important component of the skin's extracellular matrix, is an ideal natural moisturizing factor in the cosmetic field, and it is widely used in a variety of skin care cosmetics. Unlike skin care cosmetics, many of the color cosmetics products are oil-soluble ingredients, some of them are even anhydrous formulations, such oil-based basic cosmetics are prone to skin dryness, which needs to add suitable moisturizing factors to alleviate the skin's discomfort, but the strong hydrophilicity of hyaluronic acid makes it difficult to be added directly to the oil phase of the cosmetic products, and the direct addition of them is prone to caking, clumping, or precipitation. To solve this problem, we developed oil-dispersed sodium hyaluronate which is obtained from small molecules of sodium hyaluronate and vegetable oils by a special technique, and the small molecules of hyaluronic acid are uniformly dispersed in the oil phase in the form of microspheres. It is made mainly to be used in lipstick, lip glaze, foundation, air cushion and other cosmetic products.
